Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after delivery. If you would like to return/exchange a product please email us with your order number at stormandolive@gmail.com and state the reason why. Please make sure the item is unused, in its original condition with original packaging and must be free of odor and fur, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

There is no returns on any edible products

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at stormandolive@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will exchange this for you.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

​Please note that refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
